“ This was my first time dining at Capital Grille and it was quite pleasant. Everything we ordered was delicious and the servers were very attentive with absolutely no rush. To start, the onion soup was hot and had perfect flavor, the wedge salad was excellent but the bone in ribeye was superb. This cut was tender and juicy and I could just about cut it my fork, paired with the mashed potatoes and mushroom risotto. The manager came by to greet us and make sure everything was to our liking. It was just an all around great experience. ”

Everything was cooked perfectly and our server was knowledgeable and kind. No matter if Im in Costa Mesa, Philly, Orlando etc., the food is fantastic. The service from Carrie was about the best Ive had. She was knowledgeable, friend,y, helpful, and willing to do whatever she could to make us feel welcome and taken care of. I had the rib eye, which was enormous. I would recommend you share it. I also had the grilled asparagus, mashed potatoes, and giant shrimp as an appetizer. The wine selection was great and the scotch as a digestif was great. My steak was cooked and seasoned to perfection. Medium rare, but warm throughout. The asparagus was crisp tender and the mashed potatoes were gummy and delicious. The giant shrimp appetizer was wonderful. The shrimp were gist, but also they had the right amount of snap to them. Indicating they were cooked and chilled correctly. The wine selection was good, but expensive. The ambiance was warm, sophisticated, welcoming, and casual yet elegant. I will return time and time again. ”

Staff were great and managed our dinner group of 40 people super efficiently. Seafood was delicious and the steaks were cooked to perfection. Definitely recommend this spot if you have some money to burn or want to celebrate something special. ”
